By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, past chargeback history, or violation of our store policies. Orders placed through VPNs are not accepted and will be automatically cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Store credit is issued upon receipt and inspection of returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

International Purchases

Customers are solely responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their destination country. Refusal to pay these fees does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Customer Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior directed at our staff. Violation of this policy will result in a permanent ban from our store.

Accuracy of Information

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping and contact information at checkout. We are not liable for undelivered orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
