Handling Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Shipping Carriers

  • Canada: Canada Post, Intelcom, Stallion Express, and other carriers
  • USA: Purolator, transferring to UPS for final delivery

All orders ship from Canada.

International Orders

Customers outside North America and Europe should contact us before placing an order to confirm the final shipping cost. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their destination country. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not set by us. Refusal to pay customs fees does not qualify for a refund.

Tracking

For orders shipped with PostNL, tracking will not show updates until the package reaches your local carrier. For orders shipped with Intelcom or Whiz Delivery, tracking will start updating once your package is closer to delivery. Please note that the Shop App may display inaccurate or outdated tracking information; always refer to the carrier link in your confirmation email.


Untracked Shipping

Orders shipped using our untracked option are sent via standard mail and do not include tracking or delivery confirmation. By selecting this option, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • No tracking information will be provided
  • The package will not be marked as "in transit" after shipment
  • We are unable to guarantee delivery times
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or undelivered items once shipped

Order Eligibility & Cancellations

We do not accept orders placed through VPNs — these are automatically cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including cases involving suspected fraud, past chargeback history, or violation of our store policies.

Customer Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for verbal abuse, threats, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff. Customers who engage in such conduct will be permanently banned.
